Transforming the Heart Ministries (TTHM) exists to proclaim the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are an organization tailored for women, with a primary focus on not only teaching the Word but also teaching women how to study the Word of God for themselves. Rooted in a firm belief in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, our mission is clear: To point women to Jesus Christ through His Word. By providing Christ- centered resources and organizing discipleship-oriented events, we aim to equip women with the tools and knowledge they need to grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Meet Mendy

Image

Mendy Clark, a sinner saved by the grace of God and being transformed by the Word of God, desires to see that very grace transform the lives of women as they surrender and obey God’s Word. Married to Stan for 45 years, she cherishes family life with four children, their spouses, and six beloved grandchildren, whom she affectionately calls "her lambs."

With a foundational career in cardiac intensive care nursing, Mendy's journey from healing physical hearts to nurturing spiritual ones is an illustration of the Lord’s purposeful plan and transition from medical practice to ministry. Her academic journey led her from earning an Associate Degree in Nursing at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith to achieving advanced degrees in religion and educational ministry, culminating with a Doctorate of Educational Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mendy's expertise is not just academic; it's deeply personal and practical. She draws compelling parallels between the care of physical hearts and the nurture of spiritual ones, always pointing to Jesus Christ as the ultimate healer and the Word of God as the balm He uses. Her story is one of transformation—mirroring the very essence of the ministry she leads—and her desire is for women to embrace the redemptive power and grace of God in their lives.
